I've got a Fleetwood Avalon we're getting ready to take out for the first time.  I'm curious if you guys could post some links to power adapters you have used with your 30A plugs when visiting campgrounds with only 15/20A outlets.  My Avalon's A/C unit plugs into an outlet once its popped up which then allows it to draw power from the same cord used by the rest of the camper.  I'd heard a suggestion from a different owner that in situations where only 15/20A service was available that I could just use 15/20A->30A adapters and an extra extension cord (hooking up the A/C to its own.

Anyone done this with a 30A system before?

Also, with 50A hookups I'm guessing it would be pretty rare to not also have 30A service outlets in the box as well making it excessive to invest in a 50A->30A adapter.

Can someone post links to adapters they have used for these applications?  Thanks

Dogbones ... and even though you may think it rare to ever end up on a 50 amp only site it's still not a bad idea to have a 50 amp male > 30 amp female dogbone on hand in case the more often used 30 amp receptacle is "flakey" or the breaker keeps tripping because it's been overtaxed far too many times.
